Our main branch is situated in the North West Province at Sun City.
We started here by doing mainly electrical
construction work. As the company expanded and we became more recognized,
more work started to come our way.  In 1993 we received our
first maintenance contract with Sun International
since then we’ve never looked back.

We have a maintenance team of about 20 people that are made
up out of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters and pool cleaners.
They maintain an area inside Sun City that consists of 740 flats.
There is also a construction team that does maintenance
on 200 houses that belongs to Sun City in the Mogwase area.

Our second branch is situated in the Northern Province
at Thabazimbi Sishen Iron Ore Mine (Kumba). We
started the Maintenance in February 2000 & we do
electrical construction work for the mine

Our team consists of  21 people that are doing the maintenance at Kumba mine.
The maintenance can be divided into three sections namely:

The maintenance area consists of: All Kumba’s
buildings and administration offices.
120 Mine houses in town.
Mine Hostels.
200 Houses in staff housing.
1 Holiday resort / Caravan Park.
1 Medical Centre.
1 Hospital.

We also maintain a budget for spares bought for maintenance,
at the end of each month a budget report is given to the
head of maintenance of Kumba mines. The report consists of job
cards done for the month, spares used and spares bought.
We always make an effort to try and save the mine money
were we can. All information gathered through
the month is saved onto a computer for later retrieval.

Our electrical and plumbing teams also do standby,
after hours and on weekends.
